This database contains selected decisions of the Fair Trading Tribunal of New South Wales from 1999-2001. The decisions in this database are all those that were selected and provided by the Tribunal. The Fair Trading Tribunal and the Residential Tribunal merged on 25 February 2002 to form the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal.
