This database contains selected decisions of the the Dust Diseases Tribunal of New South Wales since 1989 as reported in the NSW Compensation Court Reports (NSWCCR) with abbreviated headnotes. The database also contains selected full text decisions of the Court from 1999. These later decisions may subsequently be published in NSWCCR Volumes in edited format and with detailed headnotes.
