This database contains selected decisions of the Compensation Court of New South Wales since 1985 as reported in the NSW Compensation Court Reports (NSWCCR) with abbreviated headnotes. The database also contains selected full text decisions of the Court from 1999. These later decisions may subsequently be published in NSWCCR Volumes in edited format and with detailed headnotes.

The Compensation Court has closed. Selected decisions of the Dust Diseases Tribunal of New South Wales are reported in the NSWCCR. Decisions of the Tribunal are also available at <http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/cases/nsw/NSWDDT/>. Decisions are also available at the Court site. The Court has closed.
