This database contains decisions of the Consumer and Commercial Division of the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NSWCATCD).
This Division consolidates the dispute resolution services formerly provided by the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT), retail tenancy disputes from the Administrative Decisions Tribunal, and dividing fences disputes from the Local Lands Board. Prior to NCAT commencing, the CTTT was the largest single tribunal service in NSW.
