This database contains decisions of the Administrative and Equal Opportunity Division of the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NSWCATAD).
This Division consolidates most of the jurisdiction of the former Administrative Decisions Tribunal (ADT), including Victims Compensation Tribunal matters that were transferred into the ADT in June 2013.
